when you don't want Hotbar, turn it OFF!!
Choose one of the following ways to hide or disable Hotbar:

Hide Hotbar skins

Hide Hotbar skins + toolbar (Internet Explorer 5.0 and above)
Click View on your Browser, highlight Toolbars, and then highlight
Hotbar. To see Hotbar skins and toolbar again, repeat these steps.

Full uninstall of Hotbar
There are two ways to uninstall Hotbar from your computer.
Follow this path: Click on your computer's Start button, highlight
Settings, Control Panel. Locate and double-click Add/Remove Programs. Find Hotbar in
this list, click the Add/Remove button to uninstall.
Or, click here to download the Hotbar uninstaller (200K) After download
is complete, locate the file "HBUnInst.exe." on your computer.
Double-click this file to start the uninstall process and follow the
on-screen instructions.
